There’s two key components of life, and they’re called yin and yang. I strongly believe in balance in all ways and so I guess it isn’t a coincidence that the two photoshoots I decided to do next were both romper outfits. One is a pretty pink silk one and the other is African-print chiffon, bright & loud. They’re both rompers yet I styled them very differently, and I just love what came out of it.

This pink romper is now one of my favorite clothing pieces. It’s from Nasty Gal, but the brand is Lioness I believe. When it gets wrinkled it stays super wrinkled so I did have to get it dry cleaned before I wore it but I think that’s definitely worth it because I’m in love with this romper. It’s a pretty pink silk number and what I decided to do was pair it with Too Faced’s melted matte liquid lipstick in 1998. I had to buy it because 1998 is my birth year! And I’m just in love with this color, I’ve been needing more pink lipsticks because surprisingly I don’t have that many. I recently ordered another so maybe that’ll be in my next post!

Anyway, here’s this outfit.

The shoes I paired with that silk romper are one of my three favorite pairs of shoes. They’re from Steve Madden, and they’re just so comfy. Of course I also had my Bellami extensions in. And shoutout to my girlfriend Ally for the beautiful flowers in the background!

Let’s talk about the next romper. The look is definitely different as I wore the Conspiracy vice lipstick from Urban Decay, which is a pretty metallic and definitely not a bright pink haha. I also threw on some floral wedges that I feel are sort of retro, they’re I think from Shoedazzle but they’re pretty old. But I love how the colors went together! Many people would think that was clashing but honestly I loved how it looked.

As you can see it’s a totally different look. I’m also obsessed with my nail color and it matches the outfit like perfectly! It’s from Julep named Mallory. I wasn’t wearing any makeup in this photoshoot at all except mascara and lipstick so the coloring seems a little wonky but I still love this outfit. This romper is also from Nasty Gal.
