I was pretty excited to see Peekaboo last year in November, with G-Rex as one of the opening acts. It was a totally good show! One of the best songs from Peekaboo is from 2018 called Work of the Devil, and he’s known for similar work as that. Although, other than the duo song from him and G-Rex, I hadn’t heard that much from G-Rex yet, but I ended up totally loving his music. He’s such a great electronic artist! So I also ended up loving the red graphic tee that he had for sale at the show and ended up getting that one there. Finally, now in August I ended up doing a photoshoot with the shirt and it turned out pretty good with my bright red hair again. This will be a good blog post I think! One of my most favorite songs from G-Rex is called ‘Pull Up’, which is what I called this photoshoot, it’s a song on my all-time best playlist Convenience Fee. I love that playlist and I sometimes write posts inspired by the playlist and everything, so I have a category you can look at here called Convenience Fee with all the posts that are coordinated with it on it. I loved G-Rex’s set, too, I think he’s a pretty good one too. He even recently, at the end of last month, did a second duet with Peekaboo on his new EP called ‘Deviant’ and that’s a pretty good one too. I’m so glad I have this shirt, it’s super cool looking too! Also check out my post on my other blog, Celebrity Merch Base, for the solo collection post for this t-shirt. I love how this year has been going, as well. Read more for the rest of the post!

I really have always loved music with all my heart, and I love getting to apply that to my life and express that love. Since like 2007 I’ve been going to concerts and all that, and I used to do a lot of YouTube-ing, talking a lot with people about different artists and celebrities, editing pictures and videos of them. That’s something that I always loved doing growing up, and then I was like in my early adult years (and a couple years before that) going to concerts all the time and collecting merchandise and CDs. I really have a lot to show for my love of music, and I love getting to blog about my concert experiences. This post is about my Louis the Child concert experience, which was like my #64th that I’ve been to. So this has been a big part of my life, concertgoing, and even though I went like a year without attending a show recently I’ve finally been catching up and seeing some this year again. I was front row at this show with my boyfriend Matt, we got there right as the doors opened! The venue filled up a lot after we were stationed in the front, and it was a really cool crowd. Matt first introduced me to Louis the Child in like 2018 actually, with Save Me From Myself. Their new album is really good too, they played my favorite track off of it, Fade Away. So I did what I used to do all the time for concerts and did a photoshoot of my #ConcertAttire, and also an outfit/shoot for the merch shirt that I got from the show. This turned out pretty good, I liked it. We even got a few shots in Seattle but not too much because this was a long show! I’m glad about where I’m at, like I probably mentioned a few times in my last blog post, but these concerts this year really helped to both relax me and hype me about my life and I really see what going to all these does for me. I love expression and energy and all that and I get to express a lot of that with going to shows all the time. Read more to see the photoshoots!

There’s so many incredible things in my life that even prove their credibility, and I think I hit the jackpot there. Things can get hard sometimes but then there are mini miracles here and there that shock me and excited me and prepare me for every aspect of the unknown. It’s pretty crazy and kinda cool, but the coolest thing is, every day I face multiple fears, and the whole year of 2017 I grew through so many milestones. Such a beautiful life! Now I want to show you guys a shoot I did not too long ago, called My House Your House. Named after a song from Angus & Julia Stone’s Snow album, which this photoshoot is inspired by. Your house, my house…Maybe this is where we belong. 🙂

1, 2, 3, 4… I’ve got too many people got left to prove wrong. – (track 1, Bastards)

This has been building up since this album’s release day. Like I literally have stuff piled in my computer’s lil memory bank dating mid-September just for this post. This is a blog post about Rainbow and how it completely changed and saved my life, and how I live my life everyday with the lessons and empowerment I’ve taken from this woman. I think I’m going to divide it up by Rainbow-album-song-increments, but also just showing you guys the Rainbow pre-order bundle I got along with other Rainbow merch and concert Rainbow merch too. So yeah lots of Rainbow shit. I’m both incredibly proud and also fully prepared to walk you through my world of Rainbow that I’ve created from the one and only, my favorite album of the year, and of all time. The most moving, the most inspirational, the most empowering, and the strongest fucking woman I know of.

October 29th, 2007 – the day my life changed forever.

I saw Miley Cyrus live in her Hannah Montana tour and it was my very first concert I ever attended, and now it’s the TENTH ANNIVERSARY of that!! On the 27th I see Kesha (which I will post about separately if I haven’t already) whom has been my fave since Rainbow came out and then after Kesha it will be my 50th concert attended, yes I have kept track FIFTY! It’s insane! That’s not until the end of November though but I had to mention that. Anyway, I did a really fun shoot with my very first ever concert tee and now I’m going to show it off to you guys and tell you about the AMAZING decade I’ve had of live music!

Hanging out with Bebe Rexha, seeing her front row on the first night of her new tour, meeting some really cool friends plus some awesome merch; this was definitely one of the best nights of my life. Like, everything about this night was so perfect and amazing and I’m SO SO grateful!! I have so so much to post about it so this post might come up around a week after the concert (it was on the 16th of October) so that’s a little delay but I’ll do it as quickly as possible! Ahh what an amazing experience. Continue reading for the rundown of the VIP Q&A/practical hangout with Bebe before the show, pictures and videos of the show, plus pictures of my awesome merch I obtained. And let’s not forget about Marc E Bassy! #BEBEANDBASSYTOUR

So I went to the Tacoma (Seattle) show at the Tacoma Dome like the 5th of this month and it was INSANELY amazing!! I don’t know why I’ve procrastinated so much with finally getting this post up but I think it’s because I really wanted to make it thorough and so I needed a fat chunk of time to get the shit together. So yes, I finally saw Lady Gaga. It was one of the most amazing concert experiences I’ve EVER went to. It’s in my top 3, out of 44 concerts! So here, let’s post about this concert plus the outfit I wore to it and the merch shirt I got from it!

I pretty much only took videos from the concert but maybe I’ll still add a couple. Continue reading!

Britney Spears, Concerts, live, performance

Once upon a time, I attended one of thee best shows of my entire life. The Circus Starring Britney Spears, on April 9th 2009 in Tacoma (/Seattle). I remember getting into the merch line and not being able to see a thing over all the tall people in front of me, so my mom is like “Here wait I have an idea” so she took a picture with her cute little handheld camera, of the merch display. I was able to zoom in on the camera and look through the different shirts and stuff, and the shirt that really caught my eye was the one that said You Want a Piece of Me? I LOVED IT. But my mom said it was inapropriate. I’m like, mom come on you know her song! And my mom is like “Well yeah we know Britney, but that’s not how other people would see it.” Made me kinda sad, but I settled on a super angelic looking top along with temporary tattoos and a majestic-ass poster. We got this big brown bag that had the tour’s promotional logo on it but after keeping it for like a year I threw it out. 😦 But, years later, I was able to not only keep the rest of this merch (well I kept 2/3 of the tattoos) but I was able to acquire other merch from the tour, like two of the different tour programs, the set of 3 buttons, the pack of playing cards, and the B hat logo choker. And 8 years later, the shirt I bought still fits me. Yep, I’ve kept it all these years. And so I decided it was about time I shot it.

Hello loves. On the 20th I got to see Portugal. The Man again in concert! Last time I saw them was when they toured with Cage the Elephant. They were great and it was beautiful. I shot my outfit after I got home from the concert so you bet my makeup was half worn off and I was tired af but I really liked the outfit so I wanted to capture it. I went to the concert and bought the hat and then wore it for the duration of the night and thought it looked SO awesome with my Linkin Park shirt and Guess Jeans. Then there’s the merch shirt I bought, a gorgeous white art piece. Let’s check them out.

concert attire, Concerts, fashion, inspiration, merch style, seattle, the 1975

Good morning world, how’s it going this May? Today what I have to show you are my shoots from The 1975 concert. What I wore to the concert, my #ConcertAttire, and how I styled & wore the merchandise items I got from the show. The concert was on April 30th, 2017 in Seattle at the WaMu Theater. This was my second time seeing them in concert, the first time was last year actually. One of my favorite traditions, doing these photoshoots after some of the shows. I’ve been starting to experiment more with my fashion, so I haven’t been shooting as much, scrapping some of what I wear but using the outfits constructively to get something good out of them. But for now I have this post, I’m excited to show it to you! I named these shoots after The 1975 and the single By Your Side!
