Finally I’ve been able to get around to doing ULTRAVIOLENCE! This one is of my 2014 Lana Del Rey black t-shirt that has the ULTRAVIOLENCE album cover on the front with tour dates on the back. I bought this one online a few years ago after I lost my first ULTRAVIOLENCE shirt in the back of my friend’s car one time & never got it back, but I was so glad I was able to replace this shirt in like 2019! I’m glad I was finally able to do another merchandise shirt photoshoot, I’ve been able to do a few of them this year but I have been wanting to do more of them. My goal is to shoot as much of my merch closet as I can, & get it all posted! I love shooting different merchandise & stuff, it’s always awesome to me to do different outfits & everything. I always love my #MerchStyle concept with all the different outfits I can do for my merch shirts & all, plus this one was a good one to do. You can check out this ULTRAVIOLENCE t-shirt photoshoot blog post on my other blog, Celebrity Merch Base, as well. This photoshoot turned out pretty good overall too & I definitely like this one. Ultraviolence was one of my favorite albums ever when it came out in 2014, so I was glad I could finally do the photoshoot for it. I have always loved Lana since I first discovered her, she was one of my favorite artists ever for a while! I have like a few different Lana shirts, too, which is pretty perfect for me & they’re all three different colors. I am happy I finally decided to do this one now though, since this one was one of my favorite merchandise shirts I had a few years ago! I really want to catch-up with everything I have also, I’ve been doing so well with the last couple of months so let’s see how this one goes & then we’ll see what I end up doing next! I have a couple ideas for different outfits after this, but I’ve been trying to do this post for a couple weeks & I want to finally get into it. I’m pretty glad about this one, I think I had the right idea for this shirt and it came together pretty well for sure. This summer’s been going good & so have my blog posts this year, so let’s get into this Lana-inspired photoshoot! I love the purple with it.

Things have been going super well lately and I’ve been pretty glad about my life. I’m excited about this new post I’m putting together today, too, it’s called Yayo! It’s inspired by the song by Lana Del Rey, of which my gold necklace is from in the photoshoot. That’s my featured merchandise item of the blog post, that I got in like 2015 when she was on tour. I love this necklace, it’s so perfect, it’s a gold rosary heart with snakes on it. I love Lana Del Rey! She recently dropped a new album but I named it after the old song because it matched the necklace that I wore, which I’ll write more about here. The photoshoot has like 3 different parts to it, too, the first part at my mom’s, the second part in downtown Seattle with Kwame & a couple of his friends, and the third part at a KeyBank in a city nearby. I’m so glad Kwame and I finally did another photoshoot together! He’s my best friend these days and we hangout a lot, and we have been hanging out a bunch since August pretty much. It’s awesome, we go to the club most the time but I might do another post about that some other day, and yesterday we finally decided to do this photoshoot. The first shoot him and I ever did together was back in 2019 called Live Fast, which was pretty awesome. This one turned out pretty great also though, too, he even got some shots for his next music video while I was shooting too which should turn out pretty great! He’s made a music video or two of us before, I’ll mention one of those later in the post. We’ve also made music together before too which is pretty rad. I’m so glad we’re friends & finally did this photoshoot together! I’m also so glad about how this year is going so far of course too.

I think I’m always doing really good as I go with every day, making progress with everything I love. I’ve always been really driven and ambitious for who I am, and I love getting to step up and do something with my time or life when I get the chance. Blogging to me is always something I have done for myself since I was like 16, and I made sure to know it as a passion and everything so I could continue putting myself and my energy into it. I used to want to get up and take pictures of myself all the time, and I always had this love for style and makeup, so I ended up doing a bunch of really cool things of myself since I started as the years went on. I love that I still do this for myself, and I know I’ll get better and better sometimes too which is fun to work towards. I totally see progress even in this shoot itself, I think I did really good with the red and white colors together! Also, this was my last photoshoot I did with my faded hair again (which is like blonde) so we’ll see it re-dyed in the next photoshoot, but I loved the contrast I did with the coloring of this outfit to my hair. I think it all turned out great, and I finally got pictures of this Lana Del Rey shirt that I got near the end of May (or early June) last year in 2021. It’s a pretty white t-shirt that says, in red writing, “Not All Those Who Wander Are Lost – LDR” which is from a song from her 2021 album ‘Chemtrails Over the Country Club’ which is pretty awesome. I even also have a Chemtrails iPhone case that I love, but I didn’t include it in the photoshoot! Such a great album though, I love Lana Del Rey with all my heart. She’s one of my overall favorites most of the time which is awesome. This year has been going great so far with my creativity and doing my best to fuel it, it all comes together pretty well and I’m glad about that. I’ve also been pretty busy this month as well, in the last week of mine I went to my 2022 family reunion the day after I did this photoshoot! It was totally cool, we all went camping together and I loved it. Next I had a concert on Thursday (which was Halsey, #74 that you can find on this page!) and then a meeting Friday etc., but I’m finally done with everything and just writing this today. This week should be pretty good too, just more of the usual of like meetings and stuff. I’m totally glad about everything though, I think things are ending up in a good place most of the time and I really love how I keep moving forward all the time. Hey y’all! I just want to say, a year ago today I was doing my Marilyn shoot for my Marilyn, Knits & Memories blog post and today I’m photoshooting with simply a glossy lip stain and super fluffy faux fur coat. I sure tried a lot harder on the Marilyn shoot than I did with this one, but yet the pictures from today are somehow still better. I really need to get back in the habit of blogging more often!
Anyway, I got a faux fur coat from Nasty Gal for $198, and it’s so fun! A couple days ago I took a few pics with it on and today I took a few more but overall there was like less than 15 photos total, whereas last year I took over 50…Lol, but hey, I’ll try harder soon. No more empty promises. Here’s this fun look!
