I’ve renamed this blog post about 4 times, but I think I finally have a title that’s going to stick. Here I have two blogshoots, both using my new Givenchy lipsticks, although ones a pretty raspberry and the other is a light nude rose. Two completely different outfits, but both are representations of some new things in my life. I can’t wait until I get new clothes but for now, I have this to post!
Last weekend, I wore something pretty interesting. Honestly, the outfit was…just so Abby. So completely in tune with me, and that’s not a bad or good thing. It was a strange outfit and I’m still not even sure if I was able to pull it off, but it’s definitely something that I would wear and it definitely spoke volumes. There were some little pieces to this look that were really annoying, but mostly it was a super fun outfit and I’m glad I wore it. I only got a few pictures, but I thought I’d show them anyway.
Good morning! I know I haven’t been blogging as much lately, and that’s because my life has been HECTIC. Not going too much into my personal life but there was a breakup and blah blah, so I haven’t felt as inspired as I typically used to be. But hey! I did a photoshoot last week (in collaboration with Seattle Talent) where I got some new headshots done but we also did 3 modeling shoots. It was so fun! I walked around Seattle in like 6in chunky heels for like 5 miles, but it was so fun. I can’t wait to see the pictures next week. BUT! I should show y’all the last shoot I did before I lost inspiration.
I got this dress on sale from Nasty Gal and it is most definitely in my top 5 favorite dresses list! This and a blue one (you’ll see that next week) I got last month and I’m so in love with them. This shoot is kinda different because my makeup was a MESS, I went through a whole day and then just slapped on another lipstick over the mess and it was a pretty messy makeup look, but who cares? I love this outfit. These shoes with this dress >>>>

I wish I could speak easier right now, but right now it’s so hard to try to form a thought or a sentence. It really has been oddly hard to do that these days. Blogging used to be a breeze, but now that I’ve updated my standards with myself and my posts, it doesn’t come as easily. I want to be more thorough! So now today is an interesting post, I was rollin’ and I shot this outfit, with my other new pair of Guess jeans. I think it’s a fun look, what are your thoughts? Good morning/night to you all! Today I have an outfit that I think is pretty great…Last month I chopped some of my hair off and this is my first shoot with the shorter hair, and I think it looks bomb. But anyway, this awesome sweater is from Bardot & I got it from Nasty Gal, I thought it was the cutest thing for this weather! Continue reading to check out the outfit.
Hey! Sorry I haven’t been blogging a lot lately, I’ve been lacking inspiration. Which is crazy because a year ago today I started my 12 days of Christmas for last year, and seriously posted every day for 12 days. Wowza! I’m going to attempt to do cool Christmas things again this month, but first I have to show y’all something that’s really past due. A couple months ago I got a crew neck sweatshirt that says “It’s Britney, Bitch” and last month I got a shirt that is the exact shirt she wore in her Private Show commercial! It’s so awesome! So I decided to post about those two things, both photoshoots are kinda ehhhh but bear with me here.
Good morning everyone! I’m excited to share with you this outfit I shot the other day, because it’s definitely a favorite for me. I got this awesome bodysuit from Nasty Gal (the brand is Lavish Alice). I wore it a couple times but finally got around to actually shooting it and now I want to share it with you. I call this photoshoot New Game because it really is an introduction into another great leg of my fashion journey. I love elaborating on my style and becoming extinct.
Good morning! Now, today, I wanted to introduce you to a blog post that I started last month and am finally getting the pieces together. In my online fashion class – Fashion Industry Essentials Class – I’m SO in love with this and SO happy that I found it! I’ve been learning all about the fashion industry through videos from people who are impressively knowledgeable, and I can’t wait to get my certificate from this place. Seriously, any part of it, this course covers it. REGISTER HERE or use promo code “ABBY3” when you sign up to get $50 off!! I only had to pay $9 when I started this course since I used my friend’s promo code, and it’s actually super awesome because I’m so far in the course now and I was able to start right away. You have a full year to finish the class which is plenty of time.
Anyway, the very first lesson on there was called “The White Dress” and it really got me inspired. So much beauty, history, symbolism; white dresses are just as awe-striking as an LBD. So I decided to take 3 white dresses and show you how I rock them, and talk about the differences between the three. The shoots are called “White Widow“, “Ivory Precision” and “Whiten Wasteland“.
Hey hey! You know, lately I’ve been trying to figure out what I can do to make my blog better. I’m going to use this photoshoot/outfit as an example of how I’ll start being a lot more in-depth with all my information, and then once I do another photoshoot (later today) I’ll be ready. There’s two different types of posts I do: one with a few outfits that go together with a central theme, and then more singular posts. So continue reading to get more information about this fun outfit. The photoshoot is called “Sunny Side Up“!
Do you know about Nasty Gal? The super amazing store for the best clothing ever, and the place I order from frequently to get all these clothes I blog about. I love Nasty Gal a lot as you can see, but have you ever wondered when I began my journey through the Nasty Galaxy? The short answer is, the first time I ordered from Nasty Gal was in August 2013. I saw a dress that I absolutely HAD to have, and after checking back again I saw that it was on sale, so I ordered it; I was really excited to finally getting a piece of clothing from there. Let’s look at this iconic dress. I have had this dress for 3 years but this photoshoot is from this week (October 2016) and as you can see this is still a gem.
