Avril Lavigne ended up doing three different drops of collections with the clothing brand Killstar last year, which were really cool collections of clothes. Last year in November, I had first ended up getting something from the clothing line from the second collection of hers, which was a bunch of yellow or orange plaid & stuff, which I did for my birthday post that I called Killstar (24th Birthday). That was really cool getting that dress, but also recently, earlier this month I ended up buying a bunch of new clothes from Killstar finally which included clothing from all three of her different drops with them! The first thing I’m going to shoot from my order of clothes is this pink dress from her first, original, drop with Killstar, which is this sheer long pink maxi dress with barbed wire as a print all over it. It’s a really cool dress & it’s one of 4 things I got from her original drop with them, which is all sheer pink & black stuff! But I also got a few more things from her other two collection drops too, which is cool. I love this dress on me a lot, it looked really good on me actually! I’ve been wanting a sheer dress like this recently also, but I’m also glad it’s a maxi dress too. I’m glad I finally got around to getting more from Avril’s collection, I really had to this time since it was a really good opportunity! I love that I got a bunch of stuff this time too, I had to since it was all on sale. I love blogging about things like this & I’m really glad Avril ended up doing those collections with them. There will be more that I post about later this year from that order of mine of course, that’ll also be awesome. For now, here is my second dress from the collection & also my second post for this October finally! It’s way late in the month & I had like three posts total that I was trying to do all together really quickly this last week of the month before it ends. I was busy until now, but I’m finally able to get all of these up! This one is a perfect one to post here as well. I think it’s a pretty good photoshoot & everything, but I especially love this dress & I’m glad I finally got around to getting this one. It’s perfect for me these days too, I was surprised!

I’ve always really loved Avril Lavigne & her different fashion lines, since I was like 15 at least! I used to wear a lot of her different Abbey Dawn collection clothes when I was younger of course as well which was awesome. I was so excited when she finally came out with these new Killstar collections though, last year, that was really cool too! The first drop was awesome with all the different sheer pink clothes & this dress is from that drop like I mentioned. I have like one other outfit or so I could do also, with clothes from that drop, but for now this one was perfect to post right now. This dress was perfect for me to get right now, it goes perfectly with the theme I was doing on my blog & everything! I loved all the different Killstar collections, last year I was able to get that one dress for my birthday but I really wanted more from the collections this year, also! You can also check out the different clothes leftover from part one & part two of Avril’s first drop with Killstar too, all the light pink sheer stuff, right here Drop 1 Part 2 where the dress is included & then also, Drop 1 Part 1 which is the rest of the stuff from the first drop! I have one thing from the first part & then two other things from the second part that I have left to shoot that I’ll probably do all together in a post later this year! So basically just that & the dress which is perfect for me. I’m so glad I finally got around to doing my second Avril x Killstar post though! I can’t wait to do more of it, I have a few outfits leftover to do & even a couple from the other drops. I’m so happy I got the opportunity to get a lot more from the line though, it’s an awesome one!

• Groundbreaking Maxi Dress $50 by Avril Lavigne x Killstar that I just finally got this month from her first drop of clothing with them! This is a super cool pink barbed wire print dress with 2 slits in it.
• Pretty Mess pink slides $35 from Shoedazzle that I got in like September of 2019. These are cute pink slides, I wore these for the first time in a photoshoot in my March 2021 Playboy Style post, as well!
• Gold ‘Abby’ Lumiela Name Necklace by Marina De Buchi that I love that my mom got for me last year in California. I love this necklace these days, I also wore it in SPARKLE & FADE. & in FLOWERS?.
• Pink calcite gold necklace wrapped around my neck like a choker that my stepmom made for me in 2019, I like wearing this necklace double layered like that! I wore this one in SPARKLE & FADE. as well.
• Sparkly pink lips ring from Trish’s Treasure Chest that I got when I was like 15, I think. I love these sparkly lips rings that I have, I also wore this sparkly pink ring back in 2016’s Victoria’s Valentine!
• Rose gold opal ring & rose gold chain ring on thumb, both on my left hand, which are these two pretty rose gold rings that I have. I got like the opal one in 2019 & the chain one last year, but I like them.
• Angel wings rose gold bracelet from Victoria’s Secret on my right wrist as well as this black gold & silver charm bracelet with a gold heart & silver peace sign charms made by my stepmom on my left wrist, also.
• Rose quartz bracelet up my arm on my left arm I got from this rock store or something, in like 2018. Also, I was wearing my really cute favorite gold butterfly belly ring I got from Spencer’s last year too!
• Gold bar stud earrings in my first holes too as well as a gold crystal heart + sparkly gold cross stud earring both from AMYO in my second holes, my favorite pairs of studs right now! I love those ones, a lot.
• Very Sexy black bra & also black V-string panty both from Victoria’s Secret as well, I’ve had these ones for a while! They looked good under that sheer pink dress though & I love wearing those together.
• Volume Spray by Ouai & also my Natalie Eva Marie 22″ TestaRossa Bright Red Hair Extensions $290 too in my hair from Bellami. I always love my extensions, they looked pretty good with this look also!
• Camilla dark purple jelly nail polish & loose purple glitter, both by Julep on pretty much all of my nails. At least 2-3 coats of the polish on each. The purple glitter looked really good on my nails, though!
• Forbidden Rose eau de parfum 3.3 oz by Avril Lavigne as the perfume for this shoot. I’m glad I have it, I’ve had it for a long time but I used to not use it as much as I do now. It’s a really pretty perfume!

Makeup Details for ‘KILLSTAR X AVRIL #2’ on October 23rd, 2023:

• Pink Lipps Cosmetics Soft Matte Primer $18 that I got from Ipsy like earlier this year. This is a pretty good primer, it has a light texture to it too & it works pretty well overall. I also like how this looks!
• Complex Culture Letup Concealer $25 in the shade L200 which I also got from Ipsy, but in like 2021 or something! I’m almost out of this one, but it’s not a bad concealer. I use it like, sometimes also.
• Kat Von D Lock-It Liquid Foundation $40 in the shade 48 Light Neutral. I think they might be like, discontinuing it now, but this is still currently my favorite foundation! I really love this one, a lot.
• Basic Beauty Translucent Setting Powder $26 which is like a light pink hued setting powder that I love. I got this from Ipsy, like earlier this year & I love this one! It is a really good setting powder.
• Yensa Silk Bronzing Base $38 in the shade Silk Glow. This, I usually use as a base under the below bronzer, the two of them go together pretty well. I got this product from Ipsy, like two years ago!
• Tarte Cosmetics Amazonian Clay Waterproof Matte Bronzer $32 in Park Ave Princess. I’ve probably had this since like 2017 which is crazy! I don’t use it too often but I do try to keep up with this one.
• MAC Cosmetics Guo Pei Powder Blush $40 in the shade Lotus Blossom. I love this Limited Edition 2015 blush from MAC & I’m pretty glad I have this one! This is a really good shade of pink as well.
• Lovecraft Beauty Highlighter Palette $29 in the shade Aurora. I got this highlight duo like last year from Ipsy & I love both shades! There’s like a light pink one & a gold one, I used the lighter shade.
• Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion $27 in the shade Original. This is a pretty good eyeshadow primer, it’s one of the two that I have right now. But I’ve also been using this one for a long time!
• Āether Beauty Rose Quartz Crystal Gemstone Palette $58 which is an eyeshadow palette that I got in like 2019 & used to use a lot! It used to be one of my favorites, but it’s a pretty light pink palette.
• Dior Backstage Eyelash Curler $28 the eyelash curler that I use for my makeup every time now! I love this one & I also love Dior. I’m pretty glad I finally got this one like a few months ago as well!
• Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner $34 in the shade Black Ink. I’ve been using this since like 2017 but I’m only on like, my second one! I also used MOTD‘s Straight To The Point Eyeliner Brush $9.
• House of Lashes Iconic False Lashes $12 which are also one of my favorite pairs of lashes that I have right now, I really do love these ones! I used them with Duo‘s Brush-On Lash Adhesive $5 as well.
• Kylie Cosmetics Kylash Volume Mascara $24 one of my favorite mascaras right now, too. I have to buy another one soon, but I got this when it came out & it’s a really awesome mascara that I love!
• Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Primer $16 which is the main lip primer that I use. I like this one, it’s a good one to use like every day basically, but it’s a pretty good one. I’ve been using it for years also.
• Elaina Badro Pink Cupcake Lip Liner $28 which I got from Ipsy a couple months ago, but I finally am using this one in a photoshoot! I love this pink liner & I love the name of it, I’m glad I got this.
• Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Lipstick #7 $43 that I got back in like 2017 & I love YSL lipsticks! This one is a pretty light pink lipstick, I love that I have this one. I had been meaning to shoot it.
• Urban Decay All Nighter Pollution Protection Setting Spray $34 also my favorite setting spray of all time. I love this one a lot, I have like three of them still & they’re the perfect setting sprays for me!

I’m really glad I came around to this collection finally, I love the sheer light pink clothes that Avril did a lot finally! It really caught my eye when I noticed this dress was like perfect for me now, after all the different shoots I’ve been doing recently it was perfect! Perfect timing also, to get this one up on my blog, I love how that worked out. I’m excited about the other outfit that I got from the same drop too, that’s also sheer pink & black stuff, I’ll be able to post that eventually. I just really wanted a dress like this finally, so I’m so glad this worked out like it did! Avril is always so perfect for me too & I’ve always really loved that she was into fashion a lot, because it’s so awesome to me all the time. Fashion is also something I’m really into sometimes & it’s perfect when it’s like Avril Lavigne or something, because that’s perfect for me! I’m happy about this pink dress look & photoshoot too, it was a pretty good idea for now. I love how this look all came together though, I liked the red hair with the pink dress too & I thought that actually looked really cool! But I loved the pink a lot & I thought the light pink was super pretty for this time. I ended up wearing the dress with those light pink slides & pink sparkly lips ring all together, those light pinks were perfect with the lipstick that I picked. The slides I just had to wear with it because they ended up looking pretty good with it, so that’s what I wanted to do! I even loved the black bra & panty set that I had underneath it too, it looked really cool with the sheer dress. I love things like that, I’ve been doing similar outfits once & a while that were kind of like that! This look is perfect for me though, like I keep saying. My jewelry was pretty & gold, rose gold & light pink which was cool. I’m especially glad I had this lipstick available to shoot too, I don’t even think I’ve shot it yet! But I’m going through my lipsticks still, so YSL 7 was perfect. That tied the look together so perfectly.

The Groundbreaking Maxi Dress is a really pretty dress & I like the name of it, also. Like I was saying, this dress looked pretty awesome on me & everything as well, plus I also liked how it looked on me in those last two pictures above! A lot of them looked pretty rad too. I started out taking like full-length pictures of the whole outfit in the beginning, getting like the whole dress in the pictures finally which was awesome. I sometimes don’t do that many full-length pictures of the outfit like that but it was so perfect to do this dress like that! Then later, I got some closer-up pictures as well, but then I did like one more row of the full-length pictures & finally some pictures sitting down like I usually do. I was surprised I was able to get the dress so well in a lot of those pictures especially, but that is pretty cool. I typically do like a lot of my shoots sitting down, or in whatever part of my room but I of course did some of those too & those look pretty good sometimes. That was such an awesome dress though & it looked amazing in a bunch of those sets of pictures! I also love how my photoshoots have been doing lately, I did like my last couple of photoshoots by my bed mostly & then I did this one mostly in front of my vanity, which I don’t do a lot. That turned out really cool, I love all the different places I have in my room to shoot things. I do most of shoots in my room but they also always turn out pretty good, this has been what I’ve been doing for a long time on my blog! I always love how I do these though & I’m pretty happy about everything I’ve been doing on here of course. I know I’m also getting better or am on the right track to getting better with a lot of aspects of my blogging & photoshooting as well, so I’m pretty happy about that. This photoshoot was good, I was really excited to shoot this dress & ended up hanging out with my friend that night! That was cool & I’m glad I was able to get this done.

I’m super happy that I finally got so many cool new things from Avril’s collection recently. This dress photoshoot turned out awesome too & we’ll see how the next outfits end up soon also! I love getting new things, I do sometimes which is always cool, but I especially love this dress & the other things I just got from there. I thought this outfit was the best one to do after my last 4 photoshoots also, this one was a really good one to put here! I like that I was doing darker outfits & then this light pink one right after, that was a cool idea. I have like one more outfit to do within the next couple of days or so to end October, so that’ll be awesome, but I’m glad I was able to get these last two for this month up over the weekend! I think I know what I’m doing next of course too. Also, like I mentioned in like my last post, I’m going to keep doing my hair red for at least the rest of the year pretty much too instead of letting it fade to blonde like I used to. I’m excited about that, I think it’ll be pretty awesome to just do the red all the time, finally! I want to do that as much as I can, I love the red hair on me so much.
