I’m pretty excited to begin this year and lay everything out in front of me, it’ll be good to see where I get to next. As per usual I do a lot of the same things that I have been doing for the past 6 months, but these days I think my attitude is improving now too. I had some goals and things to focus on nearing the end of last year, but now I’ve settled in better and I’m more relaxed to see what’s going on for this year. In terms of what’s helped get me excited, I just have these clothing pieces and makeup items I’m excited to finally use more and incorporate into photoshoots, but also my journaling! I love my journals so much, I haven’t written in them as much as I’ve wanted to but that’s something to push myself for this year. I did sit down recently though, right at the end of the year, and did another couple of pages for my vision journal, which turned out really great. I don’t work on that as much as I’ve usually worked on my hand-written journals, but I love both and they always get me started on something to think about and everything. So that’s a focus for this year, let me get into what this photoshoot is about next! I ended up meeting a new friend at the Alano Club, which I go to for my Narcotic’s Anonymous meetings, and his name is Robert. It’s really cool to have started talking to him, especially because he makes a lot of interesting clothes and jewelry and things like that and he wanted to share some with me. So he ended up giving me this bikini, hand-crocheted two-piece set that I love with all my heart, that he made by hand. I thought it was so perfect for a shoot! It was near the end of December that he gave it to me, and it’s my first thing I’ve shot for the new year of 2022. It turned out really good, and the colors are perfect for this timing! Not to mention my blonde hair here, I’ll eventually get my hair dyed again but I actually love how it ended up blond-ing. A good look for me for the meantime. It’ll be cool to see how my hair grows more too, it grew so well in the last year! Let’s get into this photoshoot now, I love this one.

Good afternoon all! It’s a beautiful day this spring and I’m coming at you with yet another blog post. This one was pretty cool, I call it Elephants because I have some rad elephant leggings that I love with all my heart. I got them from Goodwill actually, a good find. Some of the comfiest leggings I have ever worn, even. I just did this shoot in my room, by myself of course. I’m getting pretty good at consistently posting and shooting. I’ve also been doing pretty well, doing a lot for myself these days. I’m excited about this! The carnelian necklace is one of my favorite necklaces, I got it from a rock store in Idaho in 2018. I’m surprised I’ve never done a photoshoot with carnelian, I checked and couldn’t even find my carnelian bracelet on anything. Oh well, I have this big long list of all the clothes I have that I need to shoot, and I work on it pretty frequently. I have so many clothes I’ve never blogged about, it’s crazy. But I’m ramping up with getting them all into photoshoots. I should shoot merch more, again, but I’ve got too many normal clothes I’m working with first. So we’ll see how that plays out, I’ve got a head full of ideas these days. The boots I’m wearing, these heeled grey boots, are from Shoedazzle. I bought them while I was in rehab, had them shipped to the place (in California). I got three pairs of shoes that time, and you’ll see them all soon in future photoshoots. That was in September 2019, for those shoes (& rehab). I’ll eventually get pictures with all of them, but for now I’m just starting out with the grey boots. Stay tuned for more soon. It snowed here in February and I was really inspired. There was a lot of snow to wake up to. So I got dressed and I went outside with my camera. I’m not usually so easily inspired but I was this time. I had a good flow to me. I’m excited to show this to you! My makeup was pretty great. There’s a few key things about my writing that I need to work on so this is definitely a post to practice on. But in this shoot, you could hardly tell I was wearing a silver key necklace. Oh well, I got an iPhone picture of the necklaces. The cool thing about the Ashley Tisdale shirt I was wearing is I used to have two of them, one I cut myself and sent to my friend, and the other I never cut and wore for this photoshoot. I love distressing shirts. I think soon I’ll be doing a bunch of Dolls Kill photoshoots so I’ll be keeping up on that, but after that I’ll be back to merch again. I love that I do so many merch photoshoots like this. I know the shirt isn’t the central focus of the photoshoot this time but newer photoshoots will focus better! I love this idea I have. Gear up because I have two really good photoshoot ideas for this month. We’ll see how they go. In the meantime I’ll plug in the song Snow Shovels because I thought it went perfectly with the necklaces I’m wearing. It’s from that Gouldian Finch 3 album. Listen to the song through that link. Like a slow drive that I desperately know, I hope this gives me everything I’m missing. Hippie Sabotage used to be what I called this photoshoot until I actually wanted to post it. Honestly, I see why I was going to, but that’s just not quite the right idea. Now I kind of am posting it, right before Die Hard Dreamer, which was better. So working on my old riddled queue, that has become stale but used to carry the image of passion. I really believe that with some of them. Hopefully I can be what I need until I’m over with because on a slow drive to me is gears churning. But wow I can really write like in these weird ways, or states. Either way! I’ve sure been re-editing a lot though, so that’s interesting. This is what I’d like to call this Shopping Cart Shoot! (it’s for the rather) I always liked the concept of shopping carts for Shop For Days, honestly. Thought it made sense like that, and since I had found this stray shopping cart just around back out the apartments (complex) by the ol’ 711, abandoned Hooter’s type place, and a smoke shop just down the road. This is a little bit farther out for the photoshoot than some of the other ones I did around dad’s, like the other few or so that were taken out here were good but they weren’t by that sign right there. That’s a good one, right? On a Slow Overdrive is what this was called now.

90s jeans? 2010 album by Lights? Hot pink tank top? Rhetorical questions + lots of question marks?? What could that mean? The Listening. The Electro-Pop slaying jams that made 2010 as amazing as it was. I was a fan back then, watching the Ice music video in like 2009. But now I take Lights merch to the next level of course, just because I can, and just for lots of fun. You saw me in a 2010 Lights shirt in the photoshoot “Everybody Breaks A Glass” and with a purple 2010 Lights button in Can’t Pin Me Down & others, but this post is all about The Listening album and how it slayed my life past & present even though I think this shirt is from 2009 but yeah same general era anyway. Hahaha. So yeah another outside photoshoot…woo spring!
