I am addicted to the song Bacon by Nick Jonas! So obsessed. That’s why I named this photoshoot Bacon. Dumb name for a photoshoot but that’s what the song is called, lol and I think the song fits the shoot pretty well. I’m in love with this song and the lyrics! I had such a super fun shoot and I can’t wait to get into it finally.

I’ve renamed this blog post about 4 times, but I think I finally have a title that’s going to stick. Here I have two blogshoots, both using my new Givenchy lipsticks, although ones a pretty raspberry and the other is a light nude rose. Two completely different outfits, but both are representations of some new things in my life. I can’t wait until I get new clothes but for now, I have this to post!

Last weekend, I wore something pretty interesting. Honestly, the outfit was…just so Abby. It was so completely in tune with me, and that’s not a bad or good thing. It was a strange outfit and I’m still not even sure if I was able to pull it off, but it’s definitely something that I would wear & it definitely spoke volumes. There were some little pieces to this look that were really annoying, but mostly it was a super fun outfit & I’m glad I wore it. I only got a few pictures, but I thought I’d show them anyway.

Good morning! I know I haven’t been blogging as much lately, and that’s because my life has been HECTIC. Not going too much into my personal life but there was a breakup and blah blah, so I haven’t felt as inspired as I typically used to be. But hey! I did a photoshoot last week (in collaboration with Seattle Talent) where I got some new headshots done but we also did 3 modeling shoots. It was so fun! I walked around Seattle in like 6in chunky heels for like 5 miles, but it was so fun. I can’t wait to see the pictures next week. BUT! I should show y’all the last shoot I did before I lost inspiration.

I got this dress on sale from Nasty Gal and it is most definitely in my top 5 favorite dresses list! This and a blue one (you’ll see that next week) I got last month and I’m so in love with them. This shoot is kinda different because my makeup was a MESS, I went through a whole day and then just slapped on another lipstick over the mess and it was a pretty messy makeup look, but who cares? What a crazy morning so far, how’s everyone? Today I have another really fun look. I call this Winging It, for a lot of reasons. First of all, I really wasn’t sure what to put with this bodysuit. I tried jeans, I tried various skirts, and some pants, but really was pretty stumped. In the beginning Ally was like “What about those one chained leggings?” But I was like nah bodysuits don’t usually look good with leggings. BUT, I found some random belt, and tried the leggings on with it, and it actually worked really well! So props to Ally. So yeah that was definitely me winging it…I had to try on 80 things before finding something that worked haha. Also, this is like my new FAVE pair of lashes by Velour Lashes, and they’re called #WINGING. Love it!

Good afternoon all, how are you? Today I have something pretty exciting. First, let me back track a little bit. A few months ago Nasty Gal released a collection with a really cool sequin chained dress that I wanted so badly! But for $248 I thought I’d probably have to either wait on/pass on that, but, Nasty Gal recently has/had 70% off of EVERYTHING. Isn’t that insane?! So I swooped by real quick and snatched this dress up, and now I have it. Had to jump at the opportunity! Now, about the dress. I think it’s really cool, but I don’t like how it’s shaped on my body too much. However, I also bought a couple of the accessories that the model online was wearing with it, and I threw that into the outfit mixture as well. So it ended up kind of cool, but what do you think? Let’s get more in to it. By the way, I did this photoshoot in such a hurry so my hair was still pretty wet, but oh well, right? Haha.

Hey hey. So this is one of two different posts I’m going to be posting about for this trip that I’m honestly really excited about. This weekend I flew from my home (Seattle) to New York City (well…Mostly Manhattan) for a Teen Vogue Experience, which was like the COOLEST thing I’ve ever been to. It was a fashion event. If you’re not familiar with the magazine, a lot of it revolves around fashion, and we got to do so many cool fashion things. The Teen Vogue Experience is an experience that was offered to students of the Parsons x Teen Vogue online fashion class. (which you should totally sign up for, using my code to get $50 off) So they e-mailed us and let us know about this amazing opportunity in New York, taking place at Condé Nast where we could learn all about how to further/begin our careers in the fashion world, as Teen Vogue editors and other employees helped educate us. Everyone was so sweet, so knowledgable, and down to earth; TOTALLY worth flying to New York for. This is 1 of 2 posts, the second post will be all about the Teen Vogue Experience specifically with all the selfies I took and all of the photos their photographer took. (Still waiting on those which is why that’ll be coming later). The day was 6 hours long and consisted of a discussion panel with some awesome Teen Vogue contributors, a photoshoot with a Teen Vogue photographer and makeup artist, a discussion with the one and only Amy Levin (founder & CEO of collegefashionista.com) and finally, a look inside Teen Vogue’s closet! Such amazing things! Anyway, you can learn more about that in a latter post, but for now I’m just going to say that it was super awesome but it wasn’t quite the only thing I did for this trip. Hey! Sorry I haven’t been blogging a lot lately, I’ve been lacking inspiration. Which is crazy because a year ago today I started my 12 days of Christmas for last year, and seriously posted every day for 12 days. Wowza! I’m going to attempt to do cool Christmas things again this month, but first I have to show y’all something that’s really past due. A couple months ago I got a crew neck sweatshirt that says “It’s Britney, Bitch” and last month I got a shirt that is the exact shirt she wore in her Private Show commercial! It’s so awesome! So I decided to post about those two things. Both photoshoots are decent, but bear with me here. Love doing inspired posts of Britney, these work so well together!
