Another day, another dollar. Except I’m not making many dollars. Hmm… I keep feeling like I need to “do” something with life, and I’m definitely trying to, but it’s actually pretty complicated. How am I supposed to make a bunch of money? I guess we’ll find out. In the mean time, I want to introduce you to this really awesome bodysuit I got from Nasty Gal’s huge sale of everything. It has red tassels and is super fun. Plus, I got some awesome lashes from Velour Lashes, and I can’t wait to talk about that!
Good afternoon all, how are you? Today I have something pretty exciting. First, let me back track a little bit. A few months ago Nasty Gal released a collection with a really cool sequin chained dress that I wanted so badly! But for $248 I thought I’d probably have to either wait on/pass on that, but, Nasty Gal recently has/had 70% off of EVERYTHING. Isn’t that insane?! So I swooped by real quick and snatched this dress up, and now I have it. Had to jump at the opportunity! Now, about the dress. I think it’s really cool, but I don’t like how it’s shaped on my body too much. However, I also bought a couple of the accessories that the model online was wearing with it, and I threw that into the outfit mixture as well. So it ended up kind of cool, but what do you think? Let’s get more in to it. By the way, I did this photoshoot in such a hurry so my hair was still pretty wet, but oh well, right? Haha.
Hey everyone! So I’ve been trying to figure out how I want to post this outfit. I originally was going to post this on Valentine’s Day (it was my VDay outfit) but then I didn’t, and now I’m not sure what to do because I think some of these pictures turned out cute! So I decided I know exactly how to format it. Back in last July, I did a photoshoot with a new romper I got, called Decadence and I loved it. However, I wore the same romper again for VDay, so I thought I’d do a little comparison between the two. It’s like…Half a year of a difference.
I gotta say, right off the bat I’m going to say my hair is way better in this shoot. No more awkward baby hairs and rooky extensions, I chopped my hair and now it is what it is. I always thought that cutting my hair shoulder was like declaring defeat, but it’s not at all! Sure I REALLY miss my long hair, but most of it fell out and my head is barely starting to re-flourish, so I mean what else can I do? Just gotta wait until it grows out. In the meantime, I’m liking the short ‘do for a while!

Hey y’all! I just want to say, a year ago today I was doing my Marilyn shoot for my Marilyn, Knits & Memories blog post and today I’m photoshooting with simply a glossy lip stain and super fluffy faux fur coat. I sure tried a lot harder on the Marilyn shoot than I did with this one, but yet the pictures from today are somehow still better. I really need to get back in the habit of blogging more often!
Anyway, I got a faux fur coat from Nasty Gal for $198, and it’s so fun! A couple days ago I took a few pics with it on and today I took a few more but overall there was like less than 15 photos total, whereas last year I took over 50…Lol, but hey, I’ll try harder soon. No more empty promises. Here’s this fun look!
Good morning everyone! I’m excited to share with you this outfit I shot the other day, because it’s definitely a favorite for me. I got this awesome bodysuit from Nasty Gal (the brand is Lavish Alice). I wore it a couple times but finally got around to actually shooting it and now I want to share it with you. I call this photoshoot New Game because it really is an introduction into another great leg of my fashion journey. I love elaborating on my style and becoming extinct.
Hey y’all! Today I’m doing a little PSA post, the first of many. In this post, I’ll show you two new outfits and one old one and tell you about the messages and significance of them. The first shoot (and the main one) is called Growth, and the shirt reads “EVERY THING YOU GO THROUGH GROWS YOU”. I adore this top, it’s from Nasty Gal, I got it on sale and love it to death because it’s comfy and I love the message. I love personal growth, I love life, I love living and becoming more of a person, and as an 18 year old (finally) I can truly come to fruition. The other new shoot is called Young Foolish Happy and the shirt reads the same thing. This is a merchandise shirt from Pixie Lott’s second studio album of the same name. I love the message of that one too. So check out these two shoots and see the throwback one too!
Happy birthday to me! On the 15th, I finally turned 18 and did some awesome things to celebrate it. I’ll tell y’all all about it. First, here’s my day-before-my-birthday outfit/photoshoot, that I did on the 14th. I was really excited for the 15th and dang was it fun, I not only spent the day at the spa but I also went to the Cheesecake Factory and Gucci! That was a lot of fun. My main birthday present was my new Gucci bracelet, and you’ll definitely see that in a lot of upcoming shoots. So now presenting, Heart Pumps Blood!
Hey hey! You know, lately I’ve been trying to figure out what I can do to make my blog better. I’m going to use this photoshoot/outfit as an example of how I’ll start being a lot more in-depth with all my information, and then once I do another photoshoot (later today) I’ll be ready. There’s two different types of posts I do: one with a few outfits that go together with a central theme, and then more singular posts. So continue reading to get more information about this fun outfit. The photoshoot is called “Sunny Side Up“!
Do you know about Nasty Gal? The super amazing store for the best clothing ever, and the place I order from frequently to get all these clothes I blog about. I love Nasty Gal a lot as you can see, but have you ever wondered when I began my journey through the Nasty Galaxy? The short answer is, the first time I ordered from Nasty Gal was in August 2013. I saw a dress that I absolutely HAD to have, and after checking back again I saw that it was on sale, so I ordered it; I was really excited to finally getting a piece of clothing from there. Let’s look at this iconic dress. I have had this dress for 3 years but this photoshoot is from this week (October 2016) and as you can see this is still a gem.
Back already with another concert post? HELL yes. The only thing I adore more than concerts is my top fave concert buddy AKA my baby Ally. I’ve dragged her to so many concerts this year lol, at the end of the post I’ll get into that a bit more. Anyway, this concert was… AMAZING. Awe-striking (why does that not sound like a thing? I thought it was a thing) and actually, impressively, in my top 5 favorite concerts. Oh goodness, that’s a big achievement because this was my 27th concert. Wow. What a great concert. I really want to share with you all the few videos I took as I didn’t get any pictures, but I don’t even know if I know how to do that. I think I’m going to start uploading videos to my YouTube.
ANYWAY. Per usual, I have two looks to show you: the look I wore to the concert, and the look I created with the shirt I got from the concert. Here’s the preview, continue reading to get more in depth on this creative duo.
