I’m so excited about this next photoshoot & blog post I have for you guys. I’m glad this is my second post for July, this year is going so well so far and I’m loving how it has turned out! I also did like, three posts last month and I might do at least that for this month, too, finally getting more & more done as I go on my blog. So I’ve been basically going to the club every single weekend with my friend Kwame since February, and I’ve been wearing all of my dresses & stuff & it has been super awesome! But now getting around to July, I was wanting to finally get a couple new dresses for the club & everything, since I had been finally wearing them all the time so consistently! This post is about one of the new ones I got, which is a kind of sheer black torn-up type dress from Dolls Kill that I love that they called the Basic Elements Mini Dress. I love this dress, I had to get it. My friend might be out of town right now so I haven’t gotten to wear this dress to the club yet, but I did this photoshoot since I finally got this new dress! I’ll wear it to the club sometime later too, I’m excited that I finally got some new club dresses. For now, I just had to do this photoshoot for Basic Elements, & it turned out really awesome, I’m excited about it. In addition to the dress, I also got this new gold heart flame choker & matching earrings, both called Natural Desires from Dolls Kill as well with that order. I think they both went perfectly with the dress and I absolutely love the choker & hoop earrings! They’re so rad & perfect for me too. Not to mention, I also got a few more gold things too, like the new gold cross lip ring I have on for this, I totally love it! This photoshoot turned out awesome & I can’t wait to get more into it too.
These days I’ve been pretty happy about where I’m at. I always love when I feel like I’m doing better in a bunch of different aspects, I love making so much progress in my life! I feel like I’ve been always getting better with myself and my personal progress, like with how I’m doing with everything all the time, but in also the things that I do with my time & efforts like blogging & living my life of course too. I love that blogging can also reflect that progress of mine in a few different ways, like making progress on how my photoshoots turn out but how that also expresses a degree of how I’m doing emotionally and creatively with myself (and my blog & everything) and I really appreciate making that sort of progress! I love that I’ve been doing so well and that I’ve been able to really reflect all of this energy on my blog even better this year than I was doing just last year, with the rapid pace I’ve been keeping up with with all of it, too. I started blogging again regularly a couple years ago basically and I’ve been ramping up and doing better with everything since then. It’s crazy to see that evolution with me, even just in conjunction with like, how long my hair has been growing since then + putting in as much of my time & energy into blogging as I have been, and really seeing how much better I can do as I go with it consistently! Since last year though I’ve done even better than two years ago, which is when I started doing the two-blog-posts a month thing all the time, instead of one a month like the year before. That ended up being perfect for me, so I’ve kept up with blogging at that pace pretty much this year as well! I can’t believe it’s already halfway through the year now, I love everything I’ve done this year so far so much! I also can’t believe it’s been basically a year since I did a shoot for one of my fave (signature) pictures I’ve taken of myself in a pretty long time, Hackney, that was awesome for me too! I as always have had that picture as my lock-screen on my phone, since. It’s such a good one. I love fading from the red hair to blonde hair but still always going back to the red all the time, that’s awesome! I love how that looks on me and I love cycling through the different looks all the time, too. This photoshoot is my last blonde one for a second, but it turned out really awesome and I love it so much. I also have been keeping up a bunch on shooting all of my dresses & everything this year, always accomplishing as much as I can to get as much of my wardrobe shot in all of my different photoshoots with outfits from all of my clothes all of these years! For this one, I picked this dress I got when I was like 15 or 16 online from Boohoo, which is this really cute bandage/bodycon type style of a black dress and I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to finally shoot it! That’s so crazy to me, but I finally got to shoot this cute dress with a MAC lipstick of mine I’ve had for so long but hadn’t shot yet, either, called Velvet Teddy. It’s a pretty good combo, I love when all of my things come together like this & work together in the way that they do. I love going through everything I have & crossing things off my list & finally getting around to shooting everything that I haven’t yet! It’s cool that I’ve been getting to do so much of that so consistently, finally. I have been getting so much of that done lately!
Basically. 2023 Photoshoot & Blog Post
So this look & photoshoot are called Basically. which I thought was pretty cool, because this dress to me works so well by itself & with the pumps I paired it with, plus I love using words like ‘basically’ sometimes because I think it works for me pretty well! I thought it was kind of simple (of a title) but worked well for this look, which was kind of something I liked about some of the photoshoot as well. I also love it when some of my outfits & shoots end up varying as much as mine have lately, with like all of them having different themes to them and everything, making them look so unique to their concepts & whatever! I like it when I get it right like that, like making a photoshoot have it’s general theme or idea that ends up being so different than one of my other ones, which is really cool (even if they had something in common!). I’m getting better at doing things like that, like this whole year I’ve been doing so good with all of my photoshoots and outfits and ideas and they keep turning out pretty well! I’m glad I’m good with ideas & concepts and relating them when I’m working on a photoshoot and/or blog post. I really appreciate this year so far and how good I’ve been doing with everything and I’m proud of where I’m at with everything! I’m glad I’ve been doing so well with blogging these days too. I can’t wait to keep doing cool things this year & to see where that’s going to get me (next)!
A couple weeks ago Kesha dropped a new album with this really cool tone to it called Gag Order. I was so excited to see that she was working on some new music! I even already had decided I was going to shoot this shirt I have of hers soon, so I thought it was perfect timing to be doing this Warrior t-shirt photoshoot and calling it Gag Order in honor of the new album! I was super excited to get around to doing this photoshoot finally, I just thought this Warrior t-shirt with her album cover on it would be an awesome one to do next. I love shooting merchandise, it’s always so awesome. Don’t forget also to checkout my other blog post on just the shirt on my other blog too, Celebrity Merch Base. I really love my #MerchStyle concept blog, and I love going through all my merchandise and shooting all of it with different outfits all the time. I keep up on there often enough too. Anyway, this photoshoot had to wait until the very last second, but I finally did the photoshoot after I got home from something, thinking I would’ve had time to do the shoot before I even left and then hoping I could even get it done in general! BUT, I was lucky enough to still have had the time to do the photoshoot, way late in the middle of the night, and I even got enough good pictures of the shirt that I liked so I guess it all worked out fine anyway. At least I was able to do it at all, this time! Let’s get into the blog post next.

Last week I finally got to do a photoshoot at the downtown Seattle nightclub that I always go to, Trinity! I go there every single Friday with my best friend Kwame pretty much, it’s a really awesome dance club that I love. We’ve been going there every week since the beginning of February which is totally awesome. This time, we ended up going on a Thursday to Trinity for a concert for the EDM artists Jantsen & Dirt Monkey, which is totally awesome to me because I really love Jantsen. I thought that was cool and perfect, we already go to like one or two concerts a month anyway and then Trinity all the rest of the time but we got to see this concert at my favorite nightclub! So that was pretty cool, this also ended up being the day I happened to want to do a photoshoot finally at the club so that was also cool, getting to finally do a shoot at the club but also at a concert for once in my life. I thought that was awesome, I’ve always been really into concerts my whole life basically. You can also checkout my comprehensive concert list that I keep track of on a page on my blog called Concert Almanac. This Jantsen concert was #88 which is totally awesome, I’m glad I also got to do this shoot here too. I loved doing this photoshoot at my favorite nightclub, it turned out pretty good! I ended up wearing this cool comic/pop art type dress that I got from Wet Seal when I was like 15 or something, I’ve always really loved this dress. I can’t believe it took me so long to do a photoshoot with it! I definitely wear a dress every single time I go to Trinity now though so I’ve been wearing my dresses way more often these days which is awesome that I’m finally going through them. Anyway, half of this photoshoot I did in my room & the other half were pictures Kwame took of me while we were at the club/concert. I love how this turned out, I’m so glad I finally got to do a shoot at my favorite place! Plus, concerts are always so fun to go to anyway of course also! Welcome to my blog and/or blog post, all! It’s finally Easter today and I finally am getting around to doing a post for Easter. I haven’t ever, yet, posted an Easter post on my blog so I’m glad I finally am getting to today! This photoshoot & blog post includes this pretty white striped midi dress of mine that I thought would be perfect for Easter, as well as my gold & black Gucci glasses and finally my purple Viva Glam Nicki 2 lipstick & lipglass (my favorite lipstick of all time). I’m finally getting those up in (a/another) blog post too! Finally, I also did this shoot with Kwame, around Pike’s Place Market in Seattle. We thought it would be cool to do another photoshoot in Seattle, so we went and did that around midnight last night. So this post was actually done on Easter Sunday which is cool! I think it turned out pretty awesome. I love going to Seattle with Kwame, we always go the club every week or a concert or whatever and we do a lot of fun stuff, I love it. I’m so glad he and I have been friends for so long! I love getting to hangout with him every week. Anyway, everything is going super awesome for me and I love how things have been going in my life, there’s so many good things that I can focus on or look forward to or whatever which is awesome. I’m so appreciative of so many things in life. I make awesome progress with everything, too, which I talk about sometimes. Let’s get into the post!

Happy new year everyone, I’m finally getting around to writing this blog post! I was waiting for my two newest tattoos to heal, I got them done during the first week of January (for a Christmas present). They turned out awesome, they’re included in some of the pictures of this photoshoot. My year is going amazing so far! I’m so excited about everything and I’m happy I’m finally getting around to blogging again, after that short break. I’ll probably definitely still post twice this month though, because that would be awesome. This photoshoot I did with a sequin sparkly black dress that I have that I totally love. The photoshoot turned out pretty great! I chose bright pink lipstick to go with it, and I think this was the perfect look to finally start off my new year. Definitely check out the new tatts throughout the photoshoot! In the picture below you can see my star on the inside of my right wrist and it looks rad. I also got a heart on my left middle finger that I love with all my heart as well. They’re both pretty amazing and I loved how everything turned out for this look. Everything in my life is doing pretty good and I love where I’m at also, too. I think everything is finally getting back to a better start. I’m grateful for everything. Let’s get more into it, read more to see the rest of it too!
The New Year 2023: New Ambition Black Sequin Dress Outfit
I’m excited about how today went! It’s the 15th of November today which was my 24th birthday, and I’m happy I made it to this part of the year again finally. One of the things I got for my birthday this year was from my dad, and it was this yellow plaid dress I was wearing below for my photoshoot. It’s from Avril Lavigne’s second drop & collection with the brand Killstar and it’s super rad. I really love it, it comes with a black mesh shirt that goes under it! I wore it with my red hair redyed and my extensions + red lipstick that I got recently from Kesha’s beauty line, Kesha Rose Beauty – it’s called the Raising Hell lipstick! I love this one too. Overall I love how the day went and I got a couple more presents from my family! I’ll eventually blog about the other fashion item I got from my mom and then that was pretty much it. I think my look turned out pretty rad and I’m excited to finally be 24. It’ll be a pretty good year for me I’m sure, and I can’t wait to see how it goes in 2023. For now, let’s get into my birthday post! I mainly spent this one with my family, but I appreciate where I’m at in life.

I was finally able to get around to doing this cool idea I had to start off the fall time! I have had these two matching blazers for a long time, one in a grey color and one in black and wanted to do a two-part shoot and blog post with two different outfits for them finally. I also had this idea a while back that I put on my whiteboard to name a photoshoot ‘Matter of Fact’ (or even Matter of Fashion for another name), and it worked perfectly for these two shoots together. I used to come up with creative or relative names of things that I could use for my blog posts, using different words I liked and phrases and stuff and I did pretty well coming up with ideas for them, but it’s been awhile since I had a name like this to use! I only have like one more of these kinds of ideas on my board but it’s not even a title idea, but I’m sure I’ll find other ideas eventually – in the meantime, I’m glad this worked out so well with what I wanted to end up doing! I loved how these two outfits turned out as well, I think both looks were pretty great. My makeup was pretty good for both of them, too, I’ve been doing better makeup more and more these days and I’m glad about that. The photoshoots also turned out pretty well and did the outfits justice. I liked that I did the matching colored bralettes with the blazers, with silver vs. gold jewelry. I even liked my hair a lot in both shoots, it was pretty for the first one but I also really liked the ponytail look for the second outfit! Let’s get more into it, read more!
It’s a new month and almost fall, and I’m doing so great! I’m always glad about the progress I make from time to time and how I go about everything as time goes on. I also really love how things turned out for this photoshoot – I decided to wear a short sleeve pink striped dress, which is this really comfy material. I love the way it looks on me, it’s a good material for how it fits me. I decided to also include a pair of really cute pink sunglasses that I got in like 2019 from Dolls Kill, they looked really good on top of my head with this dress as a hint that summer is nearly over. I love sunglasses but I haven’t really ever shot them that much before, just a different blue pair in a photoshoot in this blog post and a couple other photoshoots! I love these ones though, I always try to do shoots for as much as what I can from what I’ve gotten from Dolls Kill over the last 3 years or so. It’s, as you probably know, my favorite online store to shop at and always has been since I started ordering from there. You can check out different photoshoots I’ve done with the things I’ve bought there here, in my Dolls Kill category! I have a bunch of things from there, but only a bit of it left to get into photoshoots. I’ve made a lot of progress shooting as much of it as I could! Also, I’m really excited that this is another Convenience Fee blog post. I keep naming photoshoots after the different songs I have on the playlist, it being my favorite playlist I’ve ever had for almost a year now! This photoshoot is named after the 2015 song by Zeds Dead named You Know, which was the second ever song I put on the playlist last fall. I really love this song a lot, it’s a classic. I found it last fall as well. I might also end up seeing Zeds Dead next month with my friend in Seattle, but we’ll see if it ends up happening! That would definitely be amazing, & I think it would be perfect timing too. Let’s get into the photoshoot.
I’m so excited about how this photoshoot turned out, I finally put together something good like this with my extensions in and everything. I love my red hair with all my heart, it’s been red since 2018 and I’m still not done with it! Especially since I have these red extensions I want to utilize more and more as I go. I am totally good with my hair fading to blonde sometimes, but I do love getting to re-vamp and re-dye my hair back to red sometimes. This time, I ended up using Lime Crime’s red hair dye in the color Valentine. I have dyed my hair with this one before, too, like in my other blog post Solved the Problem which is from August 2019. The color ended up matching my extensions, too, but I didn’t use them as much back then. I love my red extensions, they are TestaRossa ones from Bellami in 22″ that I got that same year, bright red. I use all of them when I use them, and it turns out super rockstar I love it. The last time I ended up using my extensions in a photoshoot was this year, in January, in my photoshoot I called Stoke the Fire. I loved that outfit and everything a lot, and I love when I get to do merch, but it was even more fun putting this ‘Hackney’ outfit together and getting it to work really well in this shoot! I love getting to do more on the glam side types of photoshoots and outfits, that’s always super cool with my ‘urban glam’ style overall. I also ended up doing a slightly longer photoshoot than usual with this one, and ended up getting like 54 pictures! So that’s pretty cool this time, let’s get into the blog post! Read more to see more of the photoshoot and all as well.
